What is Hospice?
Hospice is about quality of life. We focus on pain and symptom management for our patients. We deliver a care plan with a holistic approach to care for the body, mind and spirit.
What Our Team Can Provide
Physician Services
Our Hospice care is administered under a licensed physician.
Skilled Nursing
Patients are assigned a qualified nurse that assess and manages symptoms
Medications & Supplies
Our team will provide medication and supplies needed for our patients
Social Service
A social worker is always available to provide support to the patient and family
Daily Visits
Based on the care plan chosen, patients may
receive daily visits
On Call
We have nurses on call 24/7 to ensure needs are taken care of when they arise
Family
We will guide the entire family, not just the patient in emotional support
Spiritual Services
Spiritual advisors can perform regular visits for support and guidance
Medical Equipment
We will provide all equipment based on the needs of our patients
Therapy
Physical, occupational and speech therapy to improve quality of life
Our Difference

When asked to name their greatest fear associated with death, respondents most cited “being a burden to family and friends,” followed by “pain” and “lack of control.” Addressing the whole range of physical and psychological needs of the patient and his or her family in an interdisciplinary way is what makes hospice care so special.
