Our family had to make a quick and difficult decision for my grandfather while he was rapidly declining in the hospital. Once we decided hospice was our only option, I was referred by a friend to Care360. I spoke with Kelly around 10AM, she asked what my goal was, I said I’d love to bring him home that day. She immediately put everything into action and my grandfather was home before 5PM. Missy came to the house to admit him into their system and she was WONDERFUL. I do not have adequate words to express how seamless and positive our experience was with her. She was compassionate and made the overwhelming circumstances seem less stressful. She is an absolute gem!! The after hours nurse picked up my call right away and answered all my questions and help put me at ease, as I have zero medical experience and was quite nervous our first night home. After that phone call, I felt confident moving forward. After my grandfather passed, a social worker stayed with us to make the call to the funeral home and assist with any other questions for the next steps. I appreciated this, as it was one less thing I had to take care of. Care360 also sent a representative to the funeral service and gifted my grandmother a very thoughtful memento. All around, my family’s experience was fantastic. The entire process was quick, from the first phone call they hit the ground running and made every step of the way EASY for us. I could not imagine being in this sensitive of a circumstance, and have a poor experience with the care your family member is receiving. This company doesn’t make you feel like another patient, they genuinely care for your loved one and your family as a whole. Care360 REALLY MEANS CARE!!

My fiancé went home in hospice care with Care360 Hospice. Our time with them was short, but every interaction we had with them exceeded expectations. The nurses and aides that came and took care of him were exceptional. The support from the Chaplain and grief counselor has helped in a very trying time. Thank you isn't enough to express how grateful I was for their care during what was our most difficult days.
